In accordance with the Licensing Acts, it is an offence for any person under 18 to buy or attempt to buy intoxicating drinks. We will only sell to anyone who is 18 years of age or over, as the law requires. By placing an order you are confirming that you are 18 or over. If you are making a purchase as a gift, then the recipient must also be over 18 years old.
We do our best to keep the store database up to date. However, it is possible that you have ordered beers that are (just) sold out. Should this occur then we will always contact you directly to work on a solution. If you want to order larger quantities of beer, please contact us via mail. firstname.lastname@example.org
The prices payable for the products that you order are clearly set out in the web site. All prices are expressed in Euro’s (€) inclusive of any VAT payable unless otherwise stated. The price of the items does not include the delivery charge, which will be charged at the rates applicable. We reserve the right to change prices without notice.
In principle all orders placed before 15.00 hours (C.E.T.) are shipped the same day. When you are not at home when de shipment is being deliverd, the shipping company will attempt a 2nd delivery the next workingday. Should you again be not present, then you will have the opportunity to agree on a delivery date with the DPD to meet.

Once the delivery DPD has handled your beers, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code.
With this code you can follow your beer during the various phases of the transport.

Cancel an Order
By the Distance Selling Regulations, customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within 14 working days of the day after the date the item is delivered.
Items returned under the 7 working day cancellation period: You may cancel your order for any reason whatsoever at any time up to 7 working days from the day after the date you receive your order, provided all of the bottles are unopened and intact.
You must notify Beeerhere of your wish to cancel by email to firstname.lastname@example.org (no later than14 working days after receipt of good) and you must return the product(s) to us at your expense in their original wrapping, intact and accompanied by all accessories and documentation that were part of the delivery. Refund will be paid within thirty days of cancellation.You can only return unopened beer at Beer Navigation.
The return of the beer is at your own risk. If there are beers damaged or lost during return than the risk and cost for you and not for BeerNavigator.
Always make sure, when you decide to return beer, that you keep proof of the returned goods.

When we receive your email we will contact you to make arrangements regarding on the return of the beers.
Make sure that the goods are properly packaged (preferably in the original shipping box). The return of the goods is outside the liability of BeerNavigator. The cost of returning the beer is accounted for by the customer.
In the unlikely event that your beers were damaged in transit we are more than happy to offer a refund. Please contact us via email.
